Volunteer at the Festival!
The Kerrytown BookFest relies greatlyon volunteers to make the BookFest a success, help exhibitors, guide visitors, support presenters, make announcements, staff festival book and information booths and more.
Currently, we need volunteers in these areas:
Distributing Flyers and Posters to local businesses - until 3 September
Set
Up - 7-11 a.m. day of the event
set up tables, chairs and signs
1 or more hour shifts
Check-in Exhibitors at Information Booth - 7-10:45 a.m. day of the event
Take
down for the event - 5 - 7 p.m. day
of the event
take down tables, chairs and signs
2 hour shift
Staff
Information Booth - 11-5 p.m. day
of event
Give directions and field questions from participants
and public, announce events
1 or more hour shifts
Event
helpers - 10-5 p.m. day of event
Children's tent, Main tent, Kerrytown Concert
house
1 or more hour shifts
