Exhibitor Registration

The Kerrytown District BookFest will take place on Sunday 9 September 2007, at the Farmers’ Market and surrounding areas between 4th Street and Detroit Street, from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitors may set up starting at 8:00 a.m. and will be provided with a covered 8' by 6' booth, one 6' table per booth (bring chairs as needed) and a booth sign in the Farmers’ Market Exhibitor Area. Exhibitors are responsible for set up and tear down. No tear down before 5 p.m. It may be necessary to cart your items a short distance.

To assure a booth is reserved for you, please return this application as soon as possible. We will confirm your booth reservation and send arrival & set up information in early August.

Regular Exhibitor Booth fee is $60.00 per booth til August 1st.
Advertising space (business card sized ad) in the program will be only$15 for exhibitors.
Late registration fee til August 25- $75.00.
No registration accepted after that date.

Non-Profit Booth fee is $30.00 per booth til August 1st.
Advertising space (business card sized ad) in the program will be only$15 for exhibitors.
Late registration fee til August 25- $50.00.
No registration accepted after that date.

Artisan Market Members Booth fee is $30.00 per booth til August 1st.
Advertising space (business card sized ad) in the program will be only$15 for exhibitors.
Late registration fee til August 25- $50.00.
No registration accepted after that date.
